My experience with the BodyCinchers was not pleasant. First product was not elastic enough to fit me therefore tried to return it and the return was to a P.O. box which the cost was $22.85. Anyway I dont recommend this company. If you are going to purchase a shaper go to Amazon best deals and service.

I love it! ... and I also have to recognize that costumer service is amazing! In the first order I made the size was too big on me, so I contacted them to return it and they were super fast answering, very efficient, and the return shipping was covered. I received the size exchange about 3 days after the return and it fit perfectly. Definitely buying from here again. Great company and great product!
I ordered the XS due to the chart they provided, and I can totally see how it works, however it cuts circulation off to my butt. It fits but if you have a smaller torso and big butt it can cause some discomfort.
I can't give full review as it was too big on me so i had to return it however it looked ver well made so i will order again. I suggest to order size down as i ordered according to the recomended size per measurements.

I love it i am actually losing weight
When I ordered the waist trainer the instructions recommended to go a size larger because the product runs smaller, which I did. However I find that in doing so it is too loose. I think going with you regular size will be fine. Other than that, I really love the fit. I just need a smaller size.

I've been using my waist trainer during the day and during work outs also and it has been a huge help! It's helping me get the shape and definition that I want.
I will just say that I love my waist trainer and that since I ordered this item I have been wearing it everyday. And i have lost a couple inches off my waist.This product does run a size bigger so if you are ordering you might want to get it a size smaller but I give this 5 stars

Pro: This product is absolutely amazing. It helped me lose inches quick. It has been 3 weeks and I already am on the second row.
Con: It only has 2 rows of of hooks. Barely a month old and I already have to buy a new one (waist money) Wish there was a 3rd row, to actually get your money worth it!

I bought my waist trainer after i had my daughter. I had gained a lot of weight and I had seen good reviews and thought I'd give it a try. This waist trainer improved my posture and controlled over eating. at first I could only handle 30 min at a time but over time I started wearing it all day long! Then I was able to work out in it.

I love it, it seems to work. I bought the extra long because I'm very tall and have a long torso. I owned a cheaper version in the past and it was to short so I couldn't wear it in public due to the skin roll over right below my bra. I thought the extra long more expensive model would be. I have better and it is still to short. I am extremely bummed out now I can only wear it around the house or at bedtime. I was really hopeful the money I spent would make it so I could wear all the time. Still a good product. I would recommend it to some with a short or normal torso... if your tall and equal parts leg and torso or probably won't work.
Just received mine today and love it It took me a minute to put it on But so worth it Makes you look skinny in all the right areas! Will definitely be ordering other items from here !! You won't be disappointed if you order this !!
